She did it! Another colourful step in making her dream her home.
Liesje grew up, lived with the gift. The burning desire brewed until it erupted in word and song. It could not be contained in hiddenness anymore. She recognised it and we all saw it.
The risk of failure she took and announced it to the world, sacrificing much. It brought her face to face with her critics and she smiled and sang right on. If she had stopped, she would never have known, given way to angry emptiness. She wrote and sang and played diligently while her dawn was still dark (It is called hope.) until the right connections…
So she made her first EP with songs expressing who, what, why and wonder. And we enjoyed it with her, the release, but most of all enjoy seeing her smile and know the One who gave it, smiles over her with joy. Her gift found her and she’s living it.
A story of embracing the original intention for her life – an encouragement.
